Our jewellery and accessories are suitable for women and children.
Some items may contain small parts. Parental supervision is advised for young children.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery estimates are provided during order confirmation.
We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
All designs, images, and content are owned by Miss Satyabama. Copying or reproduction is not permitted.
Do not misuse our platform. Be respectful and honest when placing orders or making inquiries.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use implies acceptance.
All disputes will be handled under Hyderabad, Telangana jurisdiction, under Indian law.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items only if unboxing vedio is present and it is mandatory for our return.
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Personalized, custom-made items are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your order details and product image.
Once approved, the product must be shipped back at your expense to the address we provide.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
